Randi joined CCC on June 1, 2023 as a Partner.
Randi was born and raised in southern New Mexico. After attending New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico School of Law, Randi became a member of the New Mexico State Bar in 2009, and her practice has focused primarily on employment and labor law.
From August 2013 to April 2016, Randi was General Counsel for the New Mexico State Personnel Office, and from October 2012 to October 2018, Randi served as a New Mexico Human Rights Commissioner. In 2016, Randi joined the law firm of Montgomery & Andrews, where she became a Shareholder and had the opportunity to represent global and national corporate clients.
Randi will continue her work as a policy advocate at CCC, which includes over five years of government relations experience on a myriad of state and regulatory issues.
