A proud native of northern New Mexico, Rikki-Lee G. Chavez has spent her career advocating for policies and practices that move New Mexico forward. With a background in criminal legal reform, advanced energy initiatives, and legislative procedure, Rikki-Lee brings a rare blend of legal expertise, political insight, and cultural awareness to every partnership.

 

She founded Capitol Counsel & Consulting in 2019 with a vision to offer premier government relations services centered in trust, community, and clarity. From legislative chambers to one-on-one conversations, Rikki-Lee is known for listening deeply, strategizing boldly, and showing up with integrity every time.
