Randi N. Valverde is an experienced attorney and government affairs expert with a deep commitment to New Mexico communities. Born and raised in southern New Mexico, Randi brings over a decade of legal and policy experience, with a focus on employment law, labor relations, and strategic government advocacy.
Her career spans private practice, public service, and legislative consulting—having served as General Counsel for the New Mexico State Personnel Office and later as a Shareholder at Montgomery & Andrews, where she represented national and global clients. In 2023, Randi joined Capitol Counsel & Consulting as a Partner, continuing her work at the intersection of law, leadership, and public policy.
She is known for her integrity, clear communication, and unwavering drive to help organizations navigate complex systems with confidence and clarity.
